From Start to Finish-
Ingredients - Here at Wicked Good Cookies, it all starts with our homemade touch. Only good stuff goes into our cookies, like fresh local farm eggs, fresh butter, 100% pure vanilla extract, premium chocolate chips and other top-of-the-line ingredients and morsels. NO ADDITIVES, NO HYDROGENATED OILS AND NO TRANS-FATS ALLOWED!
Handmade Cookies - With over 20-years of baking experience, we have refined and perfected our process. Once the dough is mixed and rolled, we hand-cut and hand-place every cookie onto baking trays. Our cookies are then carefully baked to perfection. Once cooled and gathered, each cookie is hand-frosted by our team. After frosting, our cookies undergo our Top-Secret Curing technique. This allows us to print directly onto our frosted cookies rather than an edible paper!
Detailed Printing - Once our cookies are cured and ready, they move onto our printing process. Using ultra-precise equipment and specially formulated edible inks(food coloring) we are able to achieve high quality, detailed printing. *Printed Results Dependent on Image Quality, etc.*
Packaged with Care - Our cookies are then individually bagged by hand. Depending on your order options, they are either Heat-Sealed in our poly-bags or Bow-Tied with Raffia Ribbon in our cellophane bags. The cookies are then carefully packaged with bubble-wrap and packing-paper to make sure they arrive safely in your hands.
Cookies: Flour(bleached wheat flour, malted barley flour; niacin, iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), Butter(cream, salt), Sugar, Eggs, Vanilla, Orange Juice, Baking Powder, Powdered Egg Whites, Confectionery Sugar(sugar, corn starch), Water, Glycerin, Vegetable and Plant Extract.
Edible Coloring: Water, Ethanol, Humectant, Glycerin, Artificial Coloring - may contain one of more of the following; FD&C Red 40, FD&C Blue 1, FD&C Red 3, FD&C Yellow 5; Emulsifier, Polysorbate-80, Preservative, Methylparaben(0.1%)
Allergens; Eggs, Wheat, Milk.
Are Your Products Nut-Free?
Products that are labeled as “nut-free” contain no peanuts, tree nuts, or nut products, but are produced in a facility that does bake products that contain peanuts, tree nuts, or nut products.
The only product that is currently produced at Wicked Good Cookies that contains peanuts, nuts, or nut products is our Peanut Butter Puddles. These cookies are baked during a time that no other cookies are being produced and using dedicated equipment and with the handling of cookies with gloves and tables and equipment sanitized after baking is complete.
The chocolate chip cookie base is baked prior to the adding of peanut butter cups, in dedicated muffin tins specifically for the use of baking Peanut Butter Puddles. The peanut butter cup is added to the chocolate chip cookie bases in the tins after they have come out of the oven and placed on dedicated cooling racks. At no point do the peanut butter cups come into contact with any other equipment in the facility or other products during production of the peanut butter puddles.
